the last six months or so hasnt been favorable for any shell to do deals. however, the market seems to be dusting itself off....
interesting to note the emergence from hibernation, of the Xcel boys, with corporate activity being stepped up in RMX SI6 and SLZ.....the last one i suspect could even be getting ready for something new
