I'll give it a go.
Looking at @mirren chart yesterday with the smiley face(not sure if it was a evil smile)
To me it looked like a double top. Retrace came down and broke the neckline of the double top. Then came back to the resistance line. But it broke through it? Maybe it will form tripple top? I expected it to test that line and fall away. 
IMO it isn't far of a major short but I am biased because I locked my super account two days ago.
Maybe some of the guru's could provide a better commentary. Would love to be corrected by @Cabbie.
