BTW my understanding is that KCN should retain control of the process so it will be up to them to agree on a number if the Zurich syndicate elected to settle before June. if they're now sharing this settlement with a litigation fund logically it would require a bigger number to satisfy both parties. Very confident that a judgement would require the max policy coverage of $200m given the lost revenue and costs associated with a restart. This will be backed by independent experts.
