Thanks.  Yeah I get that there's a plan in place to rid themselves of 2nd tier retail and I like that.  I think what happened here is they have sped up the divestment process slightly as a result of the Westfield purchase not landing quite as they wanted.  Don't get me wrong.  There's lots to like here.  I just expected these experienced guys to achieve the outcome they espoused when spruiking the deal and they haven't quite.  I hope that this is one of those stocks that offers a consistent result with minor growth only needed to keep me happy.  Just a small step backwards this year so we'll see.
