I am no expert by any stretch of the imagination...... I would suggest that your marginal tax rate would kick in..... in your suggestion, 49%. A 15% tax rate would apply if the dividend was paid into your Superfund (or if your marginal tax rate was around these levels).
Happy to be advised differently if I am wrong.....
