Like I said happy to hear a downside. What is your fear here if they do ?

For Jerko - 68 mill shares he holds-  at $0.03 return per share = $2,000,000 per year in dividends.  Not bad !

Puna Mining - they will be making $6 mill PA, not bad either.

Cash is king here....  The Jap companies have it and we don't !  .... bottom line. AGY will not get financing from normal sources, that much Jerko has said.    What other options does he have here.... realistically !

Any funds obtained will be in return for a large stake in company ( I mean I would be driving a hard bargain here if I was on the other side negotiating with AGY ).  Why is the SP where it is.... I did say this to Jerko weeks ago, it's almost like someone trying to keep it here so we have VWAP at these levels.

But like I said - I am not that concerned if it happens because that means we will go to full scale production and the company will make money and the share price will go up.
