    I don't see how those tenements are relevant to the ESIA. There were no BGS development plans relating to any areas other than what has been drilled (within the current tenements). The 100mt+ in the current permit area is more than what they will ever mine so... highly unlikely they would have assumed developing or impacting an area outside of the current tenements as part of the ESIA, no need to.
