Considering that senior management owns 20% of the company, perhaps Lange and co are happy to see the sp remain low long enough for all the suckers to sell, they and the insto's keep increasing their holding, therefore making it become a more and more tightly held stock. So when it does eventually rain, it's gunna actually pour.
So what is the intelligent thing to do?
