the " i dont want to tread on your private grief " sentence didn't need to be said , its not an us versus them scenario both companies are working towards successful outcomes in Mali ,  KOD desperately needed the tenements to expand their resource, Im sure you'd agree that we dont ,we have enough product ...its in our interests that KOD are also successful ,shared infrastructure would benefit both companies ,we wish you the very best  
 you do have a very good point , there was talk of the infrastructure being built on those new tenements,.that may have sent the ESIA submission back to the starting blocks .
