Geesuz...so what are you saying...ANZ was effectively running the show in the weeks leading up to the implosion...but isn't that a conflict of interest? No wonder the chairman and secretary of Op resigned on 18 March...if ANZ was effectively 'in control'...the bank had 'shadow directors' making the decisions...surely not? explains why reports said the OP directors may have acted under duress. Unbelievable!
