Larger investors (the ones capable of really making the share price move) are still digesting this news; they were either already onboard before the Trading Halt or they working through their in-tray. They don't panic buy, analyse first, ask questions, then invest.

We still have the CR (deadline 28th) to work through the system - that potentially distorts the price.

In addition, yesterday the stock was deemed a potential dud by many, today it's done a complete about face.
Takes a few hours/days for that reality to sink in.

The price at this moment in time has no meaning; it's reflective only of short term traders trying to out guess each other.
