Bear in mind the ASL SP was manipulated down by some 10cents on 14-15 May despite no untoward news from company. SUDDENLY a TO is announced!!
So $1.95 is the true base from which this TO should be launched.
If enough shareholders write to ASL management (see ASL website) they are much more likely to demand additional funds.
Needs stake holders to act promptly.
Why has the SP not risen to at least match the $2.59 TO price?? It appears it was announced prior to the close of yesterday's trading. Can't fathom this one.
