So Mesoblast are misleading SH? 

"They’re a key stakeholder in this, they should know more (and they probably do) and should be communicating it."

Every time SI has been queried about when trial results he says words to the effect that the trial and presentation of results is not under the control of Mesoblast.

"How are you sure they have nil control?"

Please read this;

"The Phase 2 trial was conducted by the Cardiothoracic Surgical Trials Network (CTSN) with the International Center of Outcomes and Innovation Research, Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, serving as the coordinating center. The trial was funded and sponsored by the NHLBI of the United States National Institutes of Health and the Canadian Institutes for Health Research."

"Full trial results are expected to be published in a peer-reviewed journal."

How much do you think Mesoblast contributed to the trial?

All of the information I have read, or heard from SI, indicate to me that Mesoblast is well and truly at arms length on this trial. You could complain to the ASX if you really believe they are misleading SH.   Or you could continue to imagine.
