Not saying raise is not in the outlook, just saying that the commentary on here that the recent  run up in price was due to a raise at a specific level and wanting to get a VWAP price so they could "discount" it doesn't seem as likely. For me, I think that in itself is positive news that the uplift in price was more due to underlying interest/speculation than manipulation for a cash raise. Still agree that a materially long delay on this next step would inevitably cause a cash raise, but just highlighting given the sentiment was "price went up materially, no new information, cash raise must be coming" is maybe not a true reflection of the outcome we were seeing.
