Personally, I'm not looking to take a long term stake in SBN until the placement deal is out on the table.

If the placement was for example at 1.4 cents for a large chunk of cash going to an investor company I would be happy and would buy at 1.5 or 1.6 as this sort of placement while positive for the company pretty much always ends up with the market selling down to the placement price.

However if the company manages a placement at a premium (either through sharing information or through attaching options etc) then the price would move upwards.

Hard to tell, but too much uncertainty about the placement for me at the moment.
