Pat, I get the feeling that Prana will be leaning towards a European based partner, will be quickest way to get a drug onto market i.e via the European Commission, then can then work on US. Elan would be the obvious choice given past connections. US is full of red tape however saying that a sizeable offer from hightly reputable company will not be ignored. Everyone is stopping short of calling PBT2 a "cure" for Alz's however the proof will be in the pudding !! Upon a "fantastic deal" being struck and at the end of the next phase PBT2 showing furhter improvements it is not out of the question they can be a $600m - $800m+ co. Will take some patience and is definatley high risk-reward! 2008 could be the year. I think there is a real race for the pharmas to get their hands on a deal, else they could end up with egg on their face by missing out. Cheers Boots.
