Hey no guts, another great discussion. 
I'm about 90% certain that it will be capital raising to whoever other than shareholders.
I think that there is a small chance that if they can get revenue then they can get a loan facility. So no dilution if they can do that though the clock is ticking on that. 
KSA want 50,000 homes built by about 100 machines. So if they can raise enough to get past 30 (maybe 50)machines, then they could grow organically. Mike did once say that if they had 1000 machines that they could sell them.
