I agree that 80cps is an opportunistic low ball offer that was conveniently launched just before the AGM.
I've read their AGM presentation and it would seem to me that they are actually on the right track and re-focusing on the areas of their business where they are going to maximise their opportunities. The only concern for me is the uncertainty surrounding the Judius business.
