    I don't think that I have every notice a CR when the share price do not fall below the offer price. Tbf I don't understand the mechanism, apart from hypothesizing that the big boys have new shares to dump and scare retail investors to get even cheaper shares.

    10-11c was my hope to load up. But contemplating having a nibble at 12c
