    Dear Tolate,


    If Midwest is so important, Why does not ANS ask WAPRC to  remit first $50 million to ANS and then ANS issues shares to WAPRC so WAPRC could become the controlling shareholder of ANS, and ANS could use the money for the Midwest. Simple.
