SJ, the options going to Aahana apparently have a production milestone attached (100,000T) they won't be exercised for a while. This just means that when they do, the price will likely be a hell of a lot higher than if TO launched now. (I dont know why the announcement said they will be converted, maybe someone else can clarify this next time they speak with management)
