    this thing either doubles/triples .... or goes down to 5c< 
    its becoming a bit unnerving and all too much for my risk appetite. 

    are 50 patients enough to confidently stand behind data?
    Is the effect on survival enough to warrant the risk of bringing a new drug into use?
