Agree Goldbear.
CT1 just saw their EDs (founders) resign... and IMHO, it doesn't help.
Founders hold valuable insight, knowledge and relationships.
What's that old saying: You don't throw the baby out with the bath water.
However, it doesn't mean the board can't consider its composition and the broader business structure.
I'm not convinced BUD has the right board members to drive the business to unicorn status.
There's a lot of lightweights with not a lot of large public company experience.
You can retain key people and restructure at the same time.
And post-acquisition is good timing for that process to commence.
