BAU is a stock with fabulous potential. I love these types of "grassroots" explorer/developers that have a massive resource in a little understood commodity. PDN, FMG, and MAK, are a few that come to mind that I haltingly compare BAU to. Not to say that BAU will do what the others did, but that I clearly believe BAU as all the right ingredients to have a similar style movement.

Ask 98 percent of stock market investors what bauxite is, and they woudlnt have a clue. Everyone knows gold, coal, iron ore, uranium, and now phosphate and potash with MAK & RWD. But BAUXITE??

This is the reason I am accumulating. The markets have focused on China's & India's consumption of iron ore, but they are not aware of the aluminium story.

BAU is perfectly positioned to ride this wave.

IMO we could see the SP well in excess of $1 - $1.50 by years end. An announcement of a significant Chinese deal will be a massive retro-boost. Exploration to start in a few months. More tenemants due to come through.

Hard to put a figure on it. But I am very bullish. Right now though we are have some needed consolidation between 50 - 60 cents. Buying on any dip is a great way to go, getting set for the next leg.

    cheers
