you reckon they misled the ASX?  what would happen if someone reported this, if it is true?  could be suspended again, this time by ASX for lack of proper disclosure of intent then.

not saying they are, but perhaps there might be an investigation that follows. who knows..guess VEC share holders just want this saga complete, but is this the management that can deliver?  they have done zilch so far.
