EV sales in China growing at 60%/pa, while internal combustion engine sales are going backwards. Tesla is not only outselling ICE competitors, it is outselling compared to all of its competitors models put together.
This is iPhone/Smart phone destroying Nokia and blackberry all over again, but the capital at stake is just way way bigger. Its happening. Now. And quick.
Sure, there is going to be a lag before EV metal demand is material relative to say standard industrial applications, but we are talking 2-3 yrs before major deficits are forecast, not 5-10
