CASA must be pinching themselves, and rejoicing at how all their christmas's seem to have come at once, if they succeed with this ridiculously low offer.
They probably can't believe it's been recommended by the NTC board.
CASA are getting Netcomm for a miserly low 78 cents USD - unbelievable !!!
I can tell you that having been involved in Seed financing in the USA and Canada over the past year, that this price is lower than those company get when they first commence as junior start-ups chasing Seed financing.
This is nothing more than a farce at this takeover price IMHO.
