Laughable - where is the AGM, the auditor's report, the accounts, the Independent Experts Report.

I too lean strongly to the side of this 'doesn't pass the pub test' - Rogers has been Gandel's man (like Gray) all through i.e. Gandel pulls the levers here, no question imo.

Quite frankly, I'd prefer an (independent) administrator to get in there and tell us what the f... has been going on.....
