LIFX could become a massive issue as well, on this forum it's thrown out the door. It's like a company losing money is just going to make money.

Like I said OHM still needs to succeed, LIFX can't cover the 30mill raise and 70 mill acquisition which comes along with a massive amount of shares.

Positive and negative = talking sheet
Upramping and downramping = talking sheet
Selling at a loss to make the positive people happy = talking sheet.

Financial situation = very important
DM failing a lot = real issue
How to pay for everything = important conversation
SP action = shows success or failure.
OHM business how to get it to cash flow positive = important.
Number of shares = important
How to get share price going = reason everyone should be invested.

This is what I base my comments on and why I get frustrated by positive and negative and all that rubbish. Real issues are happening with the company that an acquisition and name change may not fix, all IMO.

for someone who hates everything about the company , yet you still hold , its like your waiting to lose everything so you can say i told you all it was going under , i win , aren't you better off cutting your losses and buy in something that you believe will make you money , cause you keep saying bud is not that company
