According to Michael West of Fairfax Business Day...Ferriers lawyers have won an injunction from the Supreme Court of Victoria to suppress publication of "explosive documents" leaked to West.
I thought that Ferriers should be acting in the best interests of all creditors...and if so, why have these documents been gagged?
Does anybody have any idea what is in these documents?
