Hey Aaron.
I'd like to think your analysis is correct.
However, at this stage and given the trail of missed deadlines (highly spec stock and changed environment re prices, I know) and mis-statements (e.g., SKI to fund plant) shareholders cannot take for face value any announcements from the company.
The only announcement I will believe henceforth is.... Finance obtained and construction commencing.
Until then.... buyer beware applies.
ps. I still think there may be grounds for a shareholder class action (no, I'm not with wax either - I said this almost a year ago).
