So the circumstances of the agreements were not conpletely transparent regarding the no lock in contract, 30 day trial periods etc. But they are not saying that these agreements came out of thin air, something was agreed between the getswift and their potential clients, it's just nothing binding. So the announcements they made showed the potential of what they could acheive, but it should have been clearer that there was definitely no guarantee.
