IMO, looking at some of his other work with the knowledge that he is Australia's foremost modern artist and if I assume that the parents gave consent and it was non sexualised, I see no harm at all. Obviously someone complained and the police had to act. One could say that if you are aroused by naked children then that is pornographic, rather than the subject of the art itself. Australia still hasn't grown up yet IMO. I'm aware that many have been tainted by sexual abuse, rape etc, but simply put, I find the modelling of children on the catwalk far more distasteful than contemporary art.
