Capital Raising - do I buy more?, page-25

What is the point of participating in the SPP at 3 cents when anyone can buy from market at much lower price? There is no point. I have never hold this stock and never will but even I, literally, could potentially buy at the same price as holders who have been holding the stock for years and have gone through previous SPP. Also, from my personal memory, correct me if I am wrong but didn’t Hunterr say that the reason why management didn’t participate in previous capital raisings was because they didn’t have residential address in Australia? If that is the case then how is management able to participate now?
