The last thing I want to do is bring attention to these guys. I would love the opportunity to speak to a few of them in a room one on one .
I had that opportunity a few years ago in Melbourne  and I felt they were being honest and genuine during those discussions.
But that was then . What was said back then hasn't exactly gone to plan.  I would like to think I would not be as gullible this time round.  Once bitten twice shy as they say.  I took them on their word last time but it would seem like we have been strung along. We have been played on the break some might say. 
On the subject of him buying 500,000 worth of stock . Seems a decent amount but the reality is he is a LONG WAY in front on what he has earnt over a reasonable period of time for doing little..  He is happy to show the world however that he has made these purchases whilst he slips the extra million in his back pocket.
I will happily buy another 500,000 dollars worth of stock if someone stumps up  1 million in wages. Who wouldn't.
My calculations suggest I will be a long way in front irrespective of what happens. 
It saddens me greatly that I am even posting this sort of stuff to be honest.
My motivation was simply, if we as shareholders make enough noise,maybe, just maybe, these guys will stop treating us like mugs and get off their collective backsides and get cracking.
I am hoping that amongst this group of very  experienced  professionals they can find in themselves enough pride to actually DO SOMETHING !!
BUT if they can't perhaps just do the right thing and hand the reigns over to those that can. It's not that hard to do the right thing. It does however require honesty and some integrity. 


If Greg Vesey was sitting opposite me right now, my first 2 questions would be : WHY should you be allowed to front this organisation on behalf of many loyal shareholders who have entrusted you to get this project happening , And   If you were to mark your own performance  since being at the helm what would you score yourself out of ten ??
