Unlikely, as the ACCC is a catalyst that the ASX does specifically draft for. By my understanding, the "blackout" remains till at least the ACCC announces. Probably because they have "held the hands" of ACCC through the subsequent meeting(s) and hence will be an extension of non-public information. By my understanding, ASIC would consider it insider trading.
