There are always many reasons for selling shares (as I have said many times when directors do so), financial issues, needing to buy that next pair of Jimmy Chou... But there is usually one reason for buying, you believe in the company and where it is going.
I am buying.
As for that $1B market cap, revenue of $100-200m per year actually look very possible when you consider half a dozen plants paying royalties on every tonne of Li they put out the door.
