Have actually read of a pedophile using a similar arguement to Daver ( I am not implying in any way DaveR is a jkiddy fiddler)
In that he viewed having sex with children as a natural act of showing love and affection and it was only through conditioning that the rest of society did not agree with him. Basically his view was he had the right view and society needed to catch up with his view.
And yes moral standards of society and our conditioning is something that is constantly changing over time. Some times for the better some times not and if the change is for the better or not can depend on the individual.
Hopefully though we will never see society move to the point where it is acceptable to exploit children when they have not attained an age where they are capabel of making an informed decision themselves
