Yeah .. I continue to wonder what's going on .. but guessing timing .. given up on that. I'm confident it will all happen though!!
The Duttons Report is meant to be roughly quarterly (4 Reports per year plus reaserach notes in-between) ... so its actuall well overdue as the first one was in late January. So yes it should be out SOON. As JRV said here some time ago .. its probably being delayed until either the DKR situation is resolved or until an order or two come in for Enterprise.
