Well actually it does mean free to insult etc atomou because whatever one does there is someone somewhere who will be insulted by it.
These pictures were not on the street for public viewing and as such people could choose whether to view them or not.
Oh but they might be seen by a peadophile you say ? And I say so what because there is tons of much more explicit stuff available on the internet to satisfy the desires of your average paedophile. In any case if the subject of these photos is 13 then she is of legal age in about half of the world and viewing those images would be normal in many countries and I think that is where a lot of the websites featuring early teens must be located.
As I said in an earlier post it is all a matter of conditioning and we are conditioned for the social standards of Australia.
I suspect most paedophiles here get their rocks off over the childrens clothing sections of the Target and Big W catalogues but do we ban those catalogues because of that? No we don't.
There is nothing pornographic or obscene about nudity at any age and that is all those photos are. In fact I find it obscene that people are offended by the sight of a naked body (except possibly if the photo is of someone very old and withered as I have seen a few of those and it's not a pretty sight lol)
