i have a similar schizophrenic view, on the one hand outstanding fundamentals in a bull sector and i dont ignore tge outstanding credentials and work ethic of key employees of which the MD is one. Yet the disconnect with the share holders and market borders on blatant arrogance, although it may be something way more benign. Three or more years back the connection was real, these days bearly existent. One could be cynical and see it as a stratergy to hog tie  the SP but that would be a breach of the fiduciary relztionship owed by directors to share holders.
