i believe CP is worth to buy. the only reason that price keep drop is because NSW's loss. Check its Financial report, all other states make a good $$ except NSW losing $$, also its monopoly position in VIC, WA (call Rick Hart), TAS where all its competitors are related small.Once NSW break even, u'll see price jump.......
