The worst crims were so brazen. One of the De La Salle brothers at my school would call a kid up to read his composition to the class, and have his hand down the kid's pants the whole time. In plain view of the whole class. We were so innocent we thought it was weird and creepy but didn't have the words to call it anything else. The law caught up with him. Eventually. Took way too long, but of course Pell and others were there to protect him.
