    More people need to buy more shares its almost that simple.
    But don't invest more then your prepared to lose because its a dog stock.
    Its all about risk and reward.
    If you risk your money on a stock like GXY you might be well rewarded.
    Then again you might crash and burn.
    Many fund managers wont take the risk and there the ones we need to turn this around.
