The fundamental case here is that the market for data storage is growing rapidly with no end in site for the near to medium term. Both volume of data and the management and processing of the data will rely on high quality data storage facilities.
The IDC predict by 2023 annual data generation of 175x10^21 bytes. (zettabytes) The article that comes from also says: "In addition, very heavy processing of big data will require ever more sophisticated data centers with special purpose processors (accelerators) working on various types of data and providing information to the billions of connected devices that we will wear, live in and even have within our bodies."
This to me means that the ability to provide high levels of security and connectivity is a key market differentiation and NXT has this advantage. the high value data and management needs will be attracted to the Tier IV sites with innovative approaches to customer needs. NXT has got this in spades. I believe what we see in the financials at the moment is latency which is typical of capital intensive businesses. That latency hides a big long upside IMHO. So if the market wants to undervalue them for now - I would be very happy to have more at a discount below $6 please.
