I think you would be correct to some extent, no doubt some of the gear has been damaged/outdated (it’s been sitting in the jungle for 6 years after all) and a lot can change in that time.

However I understand VEC were going to conduct an audit on this all (and no doubt did as part of the DD), so you would think they are confident the vast majority of it could still be used.
