These people talking trash on the deal have clearly jumped on the hate bandwagon without actually understanding the additional steps that have been made.
The RCA is locked down now for signing. No more negotiations and changes as required by NMDC.
I honestly am sick of these people who claim to deeply understand how "terrible" this deal is, yet have never done anything on this scale in their lives. It shines through bright as day who actually has real world experience in multi-million dollar deals and who hasn't.
