To be fair, the founders are no better (and that's saying something). All this company needs is a set a of people who know what the product is there to do and who needs it. Having had a look at it, it's very basic and no more than a CRM really. The current management haven't had a clue who to sell it to and have just relapsed back into the comfort of their worlds before they were fatefully put into the roles. Big company thinking where they've been used to having everyone else do the work and come up with the strategy.

The report made horrible reading. Passing off having no staff as a strategy, where in fact it's only been done to keep the cashflow for their salaries. The sales numbers tells the story - less than $10k made. They just blame everyone else - the market isn't ready, HR is not open to change, the product isn't ready....

If this little company had a proper technology-orientated leader it would have a chance. A real shame.
