I haven't read the Patterson's report. From my research I can't find any evidence of any name being attached to the components of the laservue that I can find apart from the RealD 3D chip and Mitsubishi have quietened that down since the Las Vegas launch. From having a quick glance at RealDs corporate website I didn't find any mention of a contract with Mitsubisi either though that appears to be common knowledge on other tech sites that they're going to be using them for the 3D capability part of the Laservue http://www.reald-corporate.com/aboutus.asp
