Wrong, I have a very good friend who owned a supermarket for over twenty years. He had a large number or refridgerated units which were always giving problems. Too cold, too hot, down because of power failures, down because the backup generator failed to kick in. He would have problems at least once a week, normally at night when there was no-one there. Its not so much the loss of food products that the problem, its the ability to prevent it by early intervention.
